The Site Supervisor is responsible for the effective functioning of Shutdown projects through efficient guidance and supervision of staff, promoting the Company and maintaining Company standards and services. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for promoting a safe work culture and completing all necessary paperwork for Shutdown projects.
Selection Criteria:
Recognised Australian Trade qualification.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Section 44 – training or equivalent.
Site based experience in mining industry/a maintenance industrial environment or heavy industry.
Experience in relevant mechanical trade and understanding of the trades and disciplines involved in site operations.
Team development and leadership skills.
Developed time management and organisational skills.
Strong commitment towards safety.
